We started work with BHC by conducting a full brand review. This ensured a full understanding and agreement of the objectives, target audiences, brand positioning, characteristics and values.
The first phase consisted of a brand refresh followed by an iterate approach to evolving their existing WordPress website. This structure was well-suited to a retainer model approach. Spreading the clients costs and time commitment with a clear month-by-month list of achievable objectives.
