The Role
Stride is a highly creative studio, building brands on and offline. We’re looking for an experienced, well-rounded Account Manager to lead client relationships, manage projects from brief to delivery, and help local businesses bring their brands to life.
You’ll become the main contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication, clear briefs and on-time delivery. This role suits someone who enjoys juggling multiple projects, thrives on collaboration, and has a strong appreciation for great design.
This is a hands-on, self-directed role. Previous experience working as an account manager within a creative agency is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with clients
- Oversee project timelines, budgets and deliverables
- Brief and coordinate with our creative and web teams
- Handle client feedback and approvals with care and clarity
- Support the Managing Director with proposals and client reviews
- Identify opportunities to add value and strengthen relationships
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in a creative, branding or digital agency
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confident managing multiple projects and priorities
- Commercially aware with strong attention to detail
- Positive, proactive and collaborative
- A genuine appreciation for great design
Where You’ll Work
Location: Chester City Centre
Hybrid: Minimum 3 days in the studio
