North-west housebuilders and property developers, Gratton Oakes engaged with us to create an aspirational identity that would appeal to customers looking to climb the property ladder and attract private investors. We created an intersecting G and O to form a bespoke monogram. This reflected a property brand that delivers higher quality housing than the national housebuilders. It also served as a flexible logomark that could elevate various pieces of communication material with its distinct look. When executed with copper foil it adds prestige to the brand.
